Hold & Cancel Protocol

A. Pre-pack hold

Requests filed via Track & Support before packing begins may cancel with a full refund to the original rail.

B. After label creation

Once a shipment label exists, cancellation is usually closed. Refusing delivery may incur return and spoilage deductions on any refund.

C. COD discipline

Serial COD refusals without cause can suspend COD privileges on the account.

D. Refund timing

Approved refunds initiate within 5–7 business days; bank or UPI settlement depends on the provider.
