A. Who you are contracting with

B. Catalog accuracy & natural variation

• Packet titles, pack weights, and aisle labels define what we ship.
• Macro photographs are representative; seed colour, size, and packet print may vary within sowing grade.
• We may pause a SKU when a harvest window closes and restore it when stock returns.

C. Pricing, taxes & settlement rails

• All prices display in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless checkout states otherwise.
• Accepted rails: UPI prepaid and Cash on Delivery where the PIN code is serviceable.
• Email verification is mandatory before an order can be confirmed.

D. Order lock

When payment clears (or COD is accepted), we issue an order reference. Keep it for every support ticket — the lattice desk indexes cases by that code.

E. Liability perimeter

We are not responsible for courier force majeure, monsoon disruption, or delivery failure caused by incomplete addresses. Seed packets are time-sensitive once opened and cannot be warehoused indefinitely at hubs.

F. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from this storefront.
