A. Coverage map

We route HSN 1209 sowing seeds across vegetable, flower, forage, herb, spice, and fruit-planting aisles to PIN codes covered by contracted couriers. Unserviceable codes are blocked before payment.

B. Pack integrity

• Foil moisture barriers protect germination potential in transit.
• Outer cartons carry variety labels and handling notes.
• Extreme-heat corridors may receive extra insulation during peak summer.

C. Cut-off clock

Orders confirmed before 1:30 PM IST on working days usually leave the Mumbai desk within 24–48 hours. Festival spikes can add one business day.

D. Fee matrix

Prepaid carts ship free on the standard lattice unless a remote surcharge applies. COD may include a handling fee shown before confirmation.

E. Attempt policy

Couriers typically attempt delivery twice. Buyer unavailability can trigger re-dispatch charges for sensitive seed lots.
